STRICTLY FORBIDDEN USES
The following are acceptable uses provided they comply with the rest of this AUP:
Hardware Resource usage
Each VPS is given “fair-share” CPU and IO usage on the server. CPUs and IO sit idle in most cases. Each server has access to several vCPU(depending on your plan) and can use its processing power as and when required, since you are sharing the CPUs and IO with other clients on the node we have a fair share usage limit. If your VPS happens to cause issues to other clients on the node your VPS will be suspended and notified and asked to make changes to ensure it doesn’t happen again
Network usage
Although we have the ability to absorb and tolerate occassional DDoS attacks, clients who are targetted with frequent and/or disruptive attacks will be terminated. In addition, we do not allow port-scanning or UDP floods to be sent from our network. Accounts sending floods, port-scanning, and/or creating artificial traffic will be suspended and/or terminated.
If your VPS is found to be significantly degrading the connection speed of other VPSs on its node, it will be rate-limited to an appropriate transfer rate (starting at 100Mbps).
Failure to adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy will result in service suspension and possibly termination with no refund. Any activity not mentioned above but which is considered illegal in the Netherlands will result in immediate suspension.
